Revision Policy:
- Our Product Mock Up are presented with 3 options. Includes 3 Free Revisions (Font, Color, or Placement change). After that, a fee of $15 is required per additional revision.- ALL revisions may require added time to turnaround
Product Mockup
After purchasing, you will be sent an email with access to your Client Portal within 24 hours. Design Contract and Design Form will be sent to collect information for the Product Mockup.
Time Frame begins when ALL information is submitted via Client Portal.Due to the nature of the services offered, all services are non-refundable. You are agreeing to this policy when you purchase on queenofgraphics.designs and agree to the Design Contract.
